However, the servers for CoD MW2 have not been working as players would like which has resulted in the Xbox Live server status for CoD MW2 to be current down. The video game community was met with some very exciting news on Tuesday, August 28th as Xbox announced that the fan favorite Call of Duty title of Modern Warfare 2 or MW2 had finally become backwards compatible for the Xbox One console.
